A Clackamas County Judge found a Lake Oswego real estate developer not guilty of all nine charges of Rape and Sexual Abuse alleged by an acquaintance. The two week trial featured DNA evidence, forensic analysis of electronic devices, and complex legal issues. A guilty finding would have resulted in a lengthy, mandatory prison sentence. At the end of the trial, the Judge acquitted on every single charge.
